Cannot Open Email Account Past 3 Days....error Messages All The Same....

downloaded IE9 cannot open yahoo mail - IP says yahoo down just wait - cisco router support says IP connection problem - no one else in area is having this problem error message I am receiving is: IE cannot find us.mg.2.mail.yahoo.com anyone - any ideas? thank you
