Sudden Locking Of My Yahoo Mail Id [email protected]

I have the yahoo mail id [email protected] for a long time. My password is "maritimelaw". Suddenly one day I was locked out of my own account and my password was declared "invalid". I need to get access to my yahoo mail account immediately as the id is almost 10-12 years old and all my important contacts communicate to me through my yahoo email a/c. My contact no.is 09830124460 & alternate email id is that of my office.
