The Past 2 Days I Have Not Been Able To Get Into My Email Inbox At All

When I click onto the MAIL button, a WINDOW pops up asking me to enter my full name & my "display" name. Then I click "continue" AND NOTHING HAPPENS!? It's just THERE. Everything behind it in the background is "whited/cloudied out & I CANNOT click on anything else except MAIL OR YAHOO at the top of that page! I can go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT TO MY INBOX!?!?! PLEASE HELP!!!
