I Need Help To Change My Email Password

I got a virus and was told to change my email password. I called AVG and was told I'd have to pay $99.99 and everything would be fine. I also called yahoo and was told I'd have to pay about $160. I decided to go with AVG for $99.99. It hasn't worked. I have tried 6 times to contact their technician but have used the max waiting time each time without getting any help. All I want is to change my email address. I tried to do this a few months ago but it never "took".

You don't need to pay for anti virus programs. Use the free ones. I recommend Avast!. http://www.avast.com. ; Your best bet at this point may be to set up an entire new Yahoo account. Once thats done you can spend some time working on the old one.
