Please Help!password Reset

Im trying to reset password i already tried to reset password through yahoo help and this is the message I got.... For security reasons, you need contact Yahoo Customer Care to help you reset your password. Can I please get some help need to retrieve important information. My email address is [email protected] below i provided alternate email because i cant get into minds. Im fustrated at this point please help!

Yahoo's "Customer Care" in very limited these days. It is probably impossible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. (To try, call 800-318-0612 or 866-562-7219.) I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo promises to phone you.
