How Do I Get Someone To Help Me Get Into My E-mail

I can not get into my email it says I have to verify that I am me but the mobile number that comes up to get the verification code is old and I do not have access to that phone any longer but nothing on the help center helps me to get into my e-mail and I have a very important email about my taxes that I have to verify and I can't get into it to handle this problem it is very important that I can access my email I am giving an alternate email so someone can contact me Thank you
