Hacking Of Account

hackers and blacmailers have been trying to steal my identity and extort money from me, using all kinds of emails purporting to have been sent by a YAHOO TEAM OR YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've blocked a lot of such addresses.I've changed my password over and over again. I received a message from YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE yesterday informing me that my storage limit was at 99.9% and that my account will be closed. That I won't be able to send and receive emailsIs YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE notifying customers about their storage limit? If yes what do I do?If no, how do I stop such fruadulent email from my account? How do I protect my account details, storage and other personal informationkind regards
