Hacked/spammed

I have been hacked/spammed 3 x recently and my customers and family, and friends are getting tired as well as me. It's getting embarrassing, it started from an friend and either she doesn't know to stop or correct it. What do you recommend for me to do. I have alerted emailers, should I do again. We have virus protection on this phone, and the computer.Thanks,Donna Enloe
