My Emails Won't Allow Me To Send When I Push Send. But I Can Recieve The Mail.

Assuming that you use a web browser the issue will be with your browser, not Yahoo. It may be caused by pop-up blockers or web filters so if you use any try turning them off. The other thing that may help is purging you browsers cache file. The web site at this link has full instructions on how to do that for all major browser versions.

If the issue is with an email program it may require a lot of work to correct.
