We Have An Email Campaign Which Would Like To Be Opted Out From Spam

We have an email campaign which we would like to broadcast an email about our client's restructuring and information. We would like to send approximately 80,000 emails regarding the changes.  It is not a promotion or advertisement;  The email addresses that we have acquired are legitimately provided by the company that we help to send the emails on behalf.  What we would like to do is to provide a simple e-mail regarding the changes to the company about their restructure which involves merging another company. The email which we would like to broadcast would have an unsubscribe link which allows the recipient to be opted out of the email notifications about such after they have read this email. We have already set up a service on our company's mail server, but since the e-mail volume is large, it would simply be discarded as spam.  We would like to have our email sent to be opted out from the spam list. Please provide us the details on how to apply for such.  Thank you.
