Dont Know The Secret Question And Alternate Mail To Change The Password

i cant enter my email couse my password is changed. I tried to change the password but i dont know the secret questions and the alternate email addres couse it was a long time ago when i created the email. I have other 2 accounts on yahoo maybe yahoo can send me the password there or what should i do i need to get that email ASAP
