Why I Am Being Charged For Yahoo Messenger And I Can't Even Get On It.
I have been trying to get into mmy account since Sun. Now they say I'm locked out. What do I do now

It's very hard to help you as you didn't disclose the reason given for the lockout. The best I can do now is suggest you use this form and request a call from Yahoo.
