No Access To My Yahoo Account

Can someone assist me in resetting my password for my yahoo account? I've had to reset it several times in the last few months just to get into my email. I've tried password helper and all the help topics on the help page and nothing. No access. I damaged my phone beyond repair and I kept all my passwords and info on my phone. Now I'm lost without it. I don't use computers for access because my phone is more convenient so this is what I get for not writing things down. Oh well...is there anyway I can get back to my yahoo Account and Facebook When my new phone arrives??
