I Can't Access My Account Because I Can't Remember Secert Question Answer. Help

I have been locked out 3 times because of not remembering questions. My password is correct, but it keeps saying invalid. So I tried to go through the steps to retrieve it and the secert question that was done 3 years ago, I can not remember. What other steps can I take to retrieve my account! I need the information that is being sent to me.
