You're right. There's a huge problem that Yahoo has been dealing with. See http://techcrunch.com/2014/02/04/yahoo-goes-down/.

Switching browsers is unlikely to help, and should be unnecessary in any case. Depending on what your issue is (you didn't say), the following may possibly be useful:

Hi. Do try a different browser and observe - you may have to clear browser cache from your current browser.
