Security Verification

I didn't update my phone number on yahoo, and now it need to verify my identity by sending a text or voice to my phone. What can I do? I used this account for my graduate schools admission, I really need it to check email from them. Please help me solve this issue. (I'm using a different email to ask this question) Thanks!!!
