I Don't Have Access To My Previous Phone Number To Verify My Account

- Go to the Password Helper.
- Select I have a problem with my password.
- Select Reset your password.
- Enter your Yahoo ID, then click Next.
- If prompted, enter the CAPTCHA code.
- Select the mobile number you'd like to use, then click Next.
- Enter the missing 2 digits in your mobile number to verify it, then click Next.
- An SMS text message with a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. - Enter the verification code in the "Code sent to my mobile phone" field.
Important: If you close the "Code sent to my mobile phone" page, you cancontinue where you left off. - Click Next.
- Enter your new password, then clickNext.
