Your question is a bit choppy but I think I can help. Too many log-in attempts will cause your account to be locked for a period of 24 hours. Therefore, any attempt made will just prolong that 24 hr period.
Once the lock is lifted, and you need to reset your unknown password to access your account, you can click on the following link for an explanation on how to do this:

You can also access the Yahoo Account Recovery Wizard to go straight to the page you need for resetting your password.
Please note: You will still need to wait the 24 hours before attempting this.
