My Computer Was Hacked I Think.

He got me to giove him access to my computer. Should I change my email password and will that solve my problem? I will take the computer to get fixed, but I am worried about my emails being contaminated. How do I change my password?

Hello, you should definitely change your email password. If you're not sure how to do that, or if you can't get into your email, here are some instructions:

- Go to the Yahoo! login page.
- Click on the I can't access my account link.
- Select the My account may have been compromised option.
- Click Next.
- Enter your Yahoo! ID.
- Click Next.
- A message will be displayed stating that a password reset email will be sent to your alternate email account (part of which is displayed on the screen). Click Next.
- Log into your alternate email account and open the email from Yahoo!, then click on the link to reset your password and create a new password.
