Hacked Accounts

Hi. I have been writing,summiting answers and calling. Why are you charging a lot just to reset passwords. Recently I lost all control over my yahoo email. My alternative email and security questions have been changed. The staff of yahoo are asking me to make another but I won't because all my important files are in there.

The previous answer apparently quoted from a Yahoo source without, however, providing "the following actions to make sure your account is secure," so unfortunately it won't help you.

The correct answer is simply to follow the guidance at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/guide-secure-account-sln3516.html.
