Who Do I Contact To About Legal Actions To Obtain A Users Profile/personal Info?

A slanderous and false "review" was intentionally posted by a registered Yahoo user on Yahoo Local for a business listed there. The company would like to start the process of legally obtaining the personal info of this user for prosecution purposes. Who does a person or company contact at Yahoo to obtain their requirements for release of such information? This is a business matter.
