Account Deactivated

hi, my husband user id acccount (kylerollwagen) was deactivated 5 days ago for message board abuse (not even a warning). he has important emails saved on that account and would appreciate his account being reactivated. who do we contact to see if his email acct can be reactivated. if you want to suspend his message board use under his account that is fine but again he would really appreciate having acccess to his emails as he has 5 years of saved emails. thanks [email protected]
