I Received A Message From Yahoo?? Asking For My Private Info And User Id

I received a message to Yahoo account holder that you will be offically closing yahoo accounts. It is requesting a lot of personal informaion, user ID and password. It looks funny. It has errors and strange lines in the e-mail. Is this an official message from Yahoo??
