My Account Was Compromised

I have been trying to get access to an old email of mine for hours now, 2 days actually. the email is . I've tried every password i could think of that it could be then came to realization someone must have changed it. my account is now locked for safety purposes because i cannot access it. the alternate emails to it were not even mine, so someone went through great lengths to make sure i could not get this email back. can someone please help me with this, i need it to be able to access this email again and ive been trying to get help for hours and cant seem to get any. my alternerate emails are . i could have sworn i had a phone set up to this email too and now even that is gone. so could someone please help me. I just want to be able to get on to my account, add MY emails and phone number back. please email me back at one of these emails. as soon as possible. please and thank you.
