Xerox Phaser 3200mpf Pf Envelope Jam
Envelopes Jam 95% of the time. Is there a dirty roller that I should clean? What do I clean it with? There is nothing in the manula that helps with this constant envelope jam problem.

Hi. This may normally occur if the right paper/media size is not selected. Please do reference to the envelop printing section of the manual here to be sure you are not leaving out any crucial setting un-configured.
