Loading Problem With Roadyxt

Last week when XM changed thier channel configuration my RoadyXT started hanging up with a Loading command on the LCD whenever I tried to switch to one of my channels. After a long time it goes back to channel 1 and displays an 800 #. I have not called yet since every once in a while it goes to a channel and works. Any idea of what might be the problem
