I Am Having Technical Problems With Xm Radio Online.

I have Best of XM Radio in my car, and recently added XM Radio online so I could listen to sports online. My account profile shows both services activated. I followed all the steps online to Listen Now - activated my account, login, etc. I am able to login and I consistently get an error message saying "your account has been deactivated" - which is not true. I have tried all the online help - clear cache, delete cookies, close all programs, login again - multiple times - but with no luck. I have all the requirements for listening on my PC. Help! Jim Fitterling
