Can't Get Service

I can no longer get any stations on my radio. We had had a problem with my credit card (co mpromised and issued a new one). Since I called in to give my new card, the service has stopped. SHouldn't it be the opposite way?? When I tune in I get stations 1 or 0 which tell me about your services but don/t allow me to select any of your stations. My name is Sheldon Klee.
