No Titles Or Artist Names After New Battery Installation

I just had the battery in my car replaced, and after putting in the code to get the radio to come back on (2004 Honda Accord anti-theft device), the station name shows up, but I no longer get the artist's name or the song title. On Public Radio stations I do not get the show title. What should I do?
