Hello my name is Kelly Lenair and I'm writing concerning a replacement card I recieve for the Radeon 4870HD card the card that I received is a downd grade from the card I had like my card was a 256bit bus width and this card is 128bit my card had 2gb of ddr5 memory and this card has 1gbDDR5 memory my card had alot of advance feature this card don't I think I should have got the HD 7800 series because its more close to what my card I RMA than the one I had and got the xfx R7700 series I can't play any of my games with this card it's too slow and I would like my card AMD Radeon 4870 series to be fix than to have this card very unhappy. I think I was sent the wrong card replacement for my card.
