Hello here is the phone number 1-800-Microsoft (642-7676) and the time schedule for calling. Weekdays 5 A.M. - 9 P.M. (Pacific Time) Weekends 6 A.M. - 3 P.M. (Pacific Time) TTY: 1-800-892-5234
