Have Correct Password Still Have Message That Some One Else Is Using My Account

Though i m entering correct ID & password of hotmail account, next page shows message that " some one -else-using my account. on next page when i have entered required email & email where i can receive code sfter three atempt account has been blocked & asked to submit questionair form with account information, after three sunission it is also blocked and finally guide to open NEW account, which is totally useless for me specially when this is my bussiness contact email. Please help me to retrieve my account

Sorry you have to go through the aggravation of a hacker comprimising your account.

There is a report you can submit to Microsoft Support to request assistance with your Compromised Windows Live Account, which can be accessed at the following:

You can also try contacting Customer Support by calling:

800-642-7676 Mon-Fri: 5am-9pm PST & Sat-Sun: 6am-3pm PST

When automated voice begins you can say "Technical Support", at next prompt say "Windows live" then "personal", at next prompt say "Windows Live", then at final prompt say "no". And you should be routed to the next available agent.
