Looking For Detailed Instructions

Helping out a family member for more detailed help and find the care and use instructions very vague and not helpful at all. Is there not a more detailed instruction book available anywhere? 16 pages - half of which is french????? What to do to bake a cake? could she use cooking bags in? Is the default a usual microwave? When does the convection feature kick in?
