How Do I Adjust The Leveling Screws?

My fridge door does not close well and I want to try adjusting the the front height of the fridge to see if it helps. I took off the grill and there are two bolts on the front if the fridge, in front of the wheel. The top is silver, the bottom is black. Which one is the leveling screw? The manual does not say. I tried turning the black one clockwise, but it didn't seem to do anything. I tries turning the silver one, but the left one is in all the way, and the right one is sticking out al it's an inch.
