Whirl Pool - Wrt1l1tzyb00 - Not Working

HelloI have Whirlpool WRT1L1TZYB00 refridgerator and it looks working and maintains a minimum cooling and the freezer is not working or the frigde is not cooling. any idea?ThanksJai
