Water And Ice

Hello I have recently moved into a new house and the past owners left their Whirlpool Model gi0fsaxvy012 with use but, it doesn't dispense water nor ice. The fridge work perfectly fine but, this is one of its flaws. I would like to know if there is an easy fix to Thisbe problem or will I have to contact an professional? Thank you for your time!
