I Recently Purchased A Used Whirlpool Side By Side Refrigerator Model Wrs342fiab

what is the proper temperature for model wrs342fiab00 refrigerator? I recently purchased a used one and it has been slow to freeze the food.I am unable to make adjustments to the question title
