Ice Maker Not Working - No Power To Ice Maker

Whirlpool fridge model: GZ25FSRXYY2 All repair diagnostic posts online with "ice makers not making ice" are assuming there is power to the ice maker module. In this case here, the ice maker has no power coming to it. Testing the plug shows "0" volts. Therefore the ice maker can't work unless there is power to it. At the back of the fridge, of the two boards located behind a panel, I replaced the board on the left because that was where the ice maker connections went into. But that still did not work. The board on the right of it is providing 120 volts for the left control board. What seems to be the problem?

You will sadly need a wiring diagram specific for the model (and this does not appear available anywhere online) to best track the 'no power' issue down. Trusting you the black and white plug wires gave no 120V at testing. You can receive a worthy walk through from justanswer.com/whirlpool for a small fee if you are handy.
