Why Was An Additional Fee Added To Online Order After Billing Confirmation

whirlpool order # 0150950894, order # 15389236  was processed for the amount of $33.65  ( S & H  included )    While doing online banking an additional misc fee of  $ 1.00 showed up on the screen realative to the same order.  Why ?
