Question About My Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer.

I would like to know if there has been any complaints or problems with Cabrio dryers staying stuck at 99 minutes. I set my dryer for 54 minutes came back a hour later and it was still running and the digital reading said 99 minutes! My biggest worry is overheating and a fire starting. I had to manually shut the dryer off. The clothes inside were bone dry.
