Dryer Wont Turn On.

My Whirpool Electric dryer & Stove/Oven are placed near each other.IE: The oven door opens out towards the right side of the dryer.I was doing laundry so I had the dryer on. I opened the oven door & it somehow flung open & hit the side of the dryer. The dryer shut off & I believe I saw some sort of electricity when it hit, (kind of like when the clothes in the dryer are full of static & you can see the blue electricity)I havn't been able to turn it back on. I tried unplugging & plugging it back in but that didn't seem to work. Today it randomly occured to me to check the circuit breaker but I don't know if it's off or on because it's not labeled. I flipped the switch. Don't think it was smart of me but my hand was wet when I pushed the dryers ON button & im not sure if im imagining things but I did feel a tingly sensation on my fingers when I did that, so I stopped there. Electrical things are not my thing. They worry me. I want to get the dryer going but I'm also afraid to try and figure out what happened. I don't want to ruin anything or electricute myself. Help! Is the solution in the breaker box or is the dryer damaged?
