Oven Does Not Ignite Every Time It Turns On.

My gas oven does not ignite every time it is turned on. The burners on the stove work fine. The unit is one year old. When it does not ignite the oven might not come on for over 20 minutes. This occurs about one out of every five times the oven is used.
