Burner Flame

There seems to be very little difference between high and simmer setting on the burners.  Is this adjustable ?????

There are adjustment screws under knobs. You have to put the burner on low pull off knobs and take a long skinny flathead screw driver and turn the screw until the flame goes down to a steady blue flame about 1/4'' high.
