Oven Won't Turn Off The First Time I Push Cancel

I have to push cancel a second time to turn the oven off. Doesn't happen everytime but is happening more often now. This problem has just been occurring for about a month. The temp seems to stay on what I set it for.

Some touch pads are are more particular to where they are touch & how much pressure is applied to the pad. Clean the touch panel & try the cancel pad again. It's not likely the pad is failing but that's always a possibility.
