Dryer When Off Even With Door Open Heat Is Still On

I have not used my dryer for days when I use to keep door close condensation builds up so I keep door open and it is still hot inside. Clean filter but looked inside with flashlight and used vacuum hose to clean out but still alot of lint inside. I live on 4 floor top of condo. Only living here since January 27 its been happening for 6 months told condo board and women said they cleaned the vents out 2 yrs ago. Dryer was installed July 2013. should I get it serviced first before I write certified letter to condo association. Its in a tight space. I actually believe it wasn't hooked up properly. Cant reach previous owners. Don't know who to call to service it. I can't even unplug it. I believe there is alot of dust build up behind there in almost five years. I always pulled out my old dryer in previous condo and vacuumed behind there. Thank you.Lori
