Whirlpool Refrigerador Is Completely Dead

I have a Kenmore (Whirlpool) refrigerator model 106.8566863. It is completely dead. The lights won't even come on. I have verified that there is power at the outlet. Is there a fuse or breaker or other single point in the refrigerator's wiring that could cause this problem?
