Whirlpool W5ce3024xs, Cleaning
Have tried everything and should not take forever to clean. Have even received extra cleaning materials from the factory. Am very disappointed and is there a recourse ? Was installed in June of 2014 and have been fighting it ever since.

Besides warranty repairs you may want to contact the vendor where you purchased it for a solution.
