Fan Problem
The micro was not sounding right but still heated, the fan then quit working. I am guessing it is the fan motor. Not sure how to get to it.

I recommend you don't try. Microwaves are nothing to fool with. They are microwave transmitters, same as a satelite dish or radar dish. They use magnetron tubes just like a radar system. If the seal or panels are not on right you will get high levels of ionizing radiation in the area near the oven. For your own safety you should never service a microwave oven yourself. Always take it to a professional repair shop.
