My Ice Maker Leaks And It Develops A Sheet Of Ice On The Floor Of The Freezer.

My ice maker leaks and develops a sheet of ice on the floor of the freezer.If I lift the ice arm turning off the ice maker, the dripping stops.What is the problem and how do I fix it?
