Strange And Loud Buzzing Noise, From The Upper Inside Vent Of Fridge. Fan Maybe?

Strange and loud buzzing noise, from the upper inside vent of fridge. Fan maybe? It happen many time a day and last from 4 - 20 seconds. Fridge seems to work ok.
